Do you offer variable or fixed pricing?

We only do fixed pricing that we bill monthly. We do not bill per hour. This is because it is not fair to you for our inefficiency. We want to be efficient and we want our incentives to be aligned with you. If you are not getting the appropriate value for our monthly rate, we allow you to cancel at any time.

Can you help with services not listed on your website?

Of course. It is all about delivering value to your business as a support service.

Do you only provide services to specific industries?

We are industry agnostic, but have the most experience in healthcare, technology, ecommerce, and retail.

What is a fractional service?

By definition, it is a fraction of a full-time FTE. However, we try and provide value that best approximates your current need. We attempt to make pricing affordable and transparent so that you can best evaluate if the offering is creating enough value for your business.
